I do have to say the content is pretty great….however… I would like to know how to get to a L2 tech support or higher as my launch has been horrible and I get told to wait 72 hours and don't get a call back or anything more than an email. If you really want to help me build my brand it hasn't shown so far. Please let me know how I can work with someone who can actually help me work through the issues.

  5. Doesn't seem much different than it was 8 years ago, other than the mobile and auto-emails, which don't thrill me. I prefer the personal touch for contact.
