White Mutton Korma Recipe in Urdu Hindi| Creamy mutton korma Recipe by EFL


Assalam Alykum today I bring recipe of Creamy Mutton Qurma This is not very spicy and is very tasty ok lets start these are 2 onions (med size) I have chopped them 2 green chilies (big) chopped thse are about 10 to 12 almonds and i have peeled them and we will blend them in about 1/2 cup milk and make paste ok 5 table spoon yogurt, 4 table spoon oil I have take 4 table spoon oil because we will also add cream and cream will leave its oil as well if we will need more we will add laters its about 5 table spoon cream 1.5 tablespoon ginger & garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon dry coriander coarse 1/2 teaspoon white pepper coarse 1/2 teaspoon black pepper coarse 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds coarse and this is powder of mace and nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon thse are 4 green cardamom and 1 black cardamom 8 to 10 pcs black pepper whole 4-5 cloves , 2 pcs of cinnamon sitcks and about 2 bay leaves this is about 5 glass of water I already added now we will add mutton this is about 1/2 kg mutton 1/2 teaspoon salt now we will leave it to boil for about 30 to 40 minutes ok now meat is ready and we will now prepare gravy for it then we will add this cooked meat in it which I will show later I have preheated oil now now we will add whole spices now add onion and green chili we will not make it brown we will just cook it for 2 minutes see I have cooked it for 2 minutes now we will add ginger & garlic paste now we will cook it little more we will add meat which we have boiled before mix it very well now we will add other spices this is yogurt dry coriendar white pepper, black pepper and cumin seeds and we will add mace and nutmeg powder later in this video we will leave it on low flame for about 10 minutes see after 10 minutes now water is dried now we will cook it further for 3 to 4 minutes in the meanwhile we will add almond paste which I blended earlier in milk you can blend it in water if you want and add cream about 2 minutes more we will cook it during our first step of boiling the meat I added 1/2 teaspoon salt but when i tasted it tastes little low so I will add about 1/2 teaspoon more salt in it see I have cooked it properly for 2 to 3 minutes now about 1/2 glass water i am adding and also adding mace & nutmeg poweder now we will leave it on low flame for about 10 to 15 minutes so the oil will come up from cream as well then I will show you after dish out ok here tasty creamy mutton qurma is ready its very simple and tasty recipy you must try if you like my recipe share it with your family and friends we will meet again with a new dish inshaAllah take care yourself Allah Hafiz
